Product prices are shown in the Inkitcase.com store according to selected country. Our product prices include 24% VAT. You can see the tax breakdown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Payment provider for Inkitcase store is Klarna Bank Ab. Klarna is one of the biggest payment providers in northern Europe. We offer most popular payment methods such as Mastercard and Visa payments, Sofort bank payments and invoicing in selected countries.
All payments are executed in 100% secure environment, so that you don't have to worry about the security of your payments. As the payment receiver you will see Klarna Bank AB and Klarna will forward the payments to the seller. All transactions occur in Klarna Banks systems and Inkitcase.com does not collect any personal payment data.

Shipping costs are dependent on the selected country. We aim to provide always a free standard letter shipping, but we also reserve the possibility to change the shipping costs of any orders, if changes are done to the order after the customers purchase.
We try to send orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working days. If there is a problem in the order, such as mistake in stock availability, defected products or any such issues, we will contact you by email.
Shipments will be done with your selected shipping method, but we reserve a possibility to change the shipping method in the following situations:
- Total size of the shipments is greater than maximum letter size
- Order value is above 100€
If these conditions are met and in the shipping process the shipping method is changed, you will be informed about the change via email.
Inkitcase is not responsible for any changes or mistakes caused by courier or postal service. In all shipments issues, the customer needs to contact the shipping company directly.
Of course we hope that our products will be a delight to your day, but sometimes things do not go as planned. In these situations we offer a right for a return. We also aim for our products to be top notch quality, but sometimes things could happen. In these situations, please take a picture of the defected product and contact us right away, without first sending any products back. We will turn every rock to ensure our customers satisfaction.
If you would like to return any items, please contact us via email within 14 days from receiving our order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).
Customized products are your unique works of art. For this reason returns on customized item(s) for reasons other than Inkitcase error will be deducted a 50% handling fee on the refund amount. Shipping fee is always non-refundable.
If a retail package of a product can be opened without damaging it, but the package has been destroyed and is no longer resell-able, will a 5€ handling fee be deducted from the refund amount.
If you have received any free order gifts that are subject to any criteria related to your order, and you decide to return item(s) from your order, you are required to return also these item(s) back if the criteria are not met anymore. If you decide to keep the item(s), will the value of the item be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
All purchases of items from the Archive Collection, Outlet, Sale Collection are final and no refund/return would be granted under any circumstances. Unauthorized returns will be discarded.
Inkitcase is not responsible for any consequences caused by our products. Customer is always responsible for any consequences from the use of Inkitcase products. When a purchase is made, customer accepts these conditions.
Password and Security. When you register for a Inkitcase account, you will write your own personal password. In order to prevent any fraud, please keep this password confidential. If you suspect that your password has been leaked to someone else, please change your password, or contact Contact us for help. If we as a company have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security, we may require you to change your password or we may also suspend your account.
Customers can benefit for only one discount or sale at once. Customers have the possibility to unsubscribe for any mailing or marketing list at any time. In a case of a disagreement, all conflicts are primarily resolved between appropriate parties. If a result can not be found, will the situation be resolved in a Finnish court.
