Katie Kaapcke is a self-taught inter-disciplinary artist whose work explores queernes, gender and mental illness. Katie creates intuitive abstract paintings that help her process her emotions and her identity. She creates art with a goal of destroying the stigma around mental illness. Katie aims to share hope with other who suffer due to the personal experiences she has had.
