Can I make changes to my order?

If you notice a mistake in your order or you just want to make changes to it, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will try to make the changes for you.

You can contact us via email: info@inkitcase.com and write the following information:

Order number, name or email that has been used in the order and the change you would wish to make.

How to be sure that an order was successful?

When an order is placed you should receive and automatic order confimation email to the email given in the order. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder. In the Inkitcase.com store you should also see an order confirmation page after payment.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation, or in any way suspect that the order was not succesfull, please contact our customer service. We will gladly help you to solve any issues.

How to check what phone model I have?

If you are not 100% certain about your phone model, it is easy to check it from your phone’s settings. Follow these instructions:

Android: Settings → About phone → Model name / model number
iOS: Settings → General → About → Model name  / model number

Shipping

What are your shipping options?

For all EU area, the standard shipping method is a free letter shipping. With this shipping method, the order will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country  straight to your mailbox if the shipment size is under 3cm thick.

We also offer courier shipping where your parcel will be shipped out to the nearest pick up location of the service provider, or it will be delivered directly to the given address.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do. The standard shipping method is standard letter shipping without tracking. If you wish to choose faster parcel shipping with tracking, the price depends on the country. We offer free standard shipping to orders over 50€.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer shipping to all EU countries (excluding Norway). The available countries you can check also from the checkout.

How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Usually all shipments are shipped within 1-3 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will get and confirmation email from us.

Can i track my order?

Free standard shipping (letter shipping)

If you choose standard shipping, you will receive an confirmation email, when your order has left our warehouse. After shipment has been made, you should receive your order within 6-12 business days. With this shipping method you cannot track the shipment.

Parcel shipping / express shipping

If you choose parcel /express shipping, you will receive an shipment confirmation email and there will also be included your tracking number. With the tracking number you can track the shipment of your order.

After the order has been dispatched, when will i receive the order?

Your order will be dispatched usually within 1-3 business days. After this it takes about 3-10 business days (standard shipping) or 2-6 business days (parcel shipping) for the order to arrive to its destination.

Of course these shipping times are not guaranteed, since there are a lot of factors affecting the shipping time. If your shipment has not arrived in the estimated time, wait for a few days more and then contact our customer service. We will try to help in any way possible.
