What is your return policy?
Our most important goal is to keep our customers happy! You have full right to return or exchange your products, within 14 days of the arrival your order. For any return or exchange you would wish to make, please inform us in advance. Read more about “how to make a return / exchange”.
While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will make your best to guarantee your satisfaction! Please remember, for a return or exchange to be possible, the product must be unused and in the original packaging.
Please note that shipping fees and express shipping fees are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged in original price. Shipping fee may also be applied.
- How to make a return / exchange?
Returning an order is easy. You have the right to return an unused product within 14 days after receiving the order. Please remember that the product will need to be in its original packaging. To get a refund, send the product back and we will process the return as soon as possible.
Returns are not possible in the following cases:
- Product has been customized to order
- Product is not in the same condition as when received.

The product I ordered, did not fit my phone.
Sorry to hear that the product you ordered did not fit your phone. Usually the issue is that case is meant for a different phone model. But not to worry!
Take a picture of the product you have received and send it to our customer service via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please attach your name and order number so that its quicker and easier for us to resolve the issue. Check also your phones accurate model number and write it to the email too.

iOS: Settings → General → About → Model name / model number
