Shipping methods

For all EU area, the standard shipping method is a letter shipping. With this shipping method, the order will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country  straight to your mailbox if the shipment size is under 3cm thick.

You can also choose a courier shipping to you closest pick up location / postal office. You can see the most updated shipping options directly from the shopping cart.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free when you spend over 50,00€. So no hidden surprises or other additional fees. For orders under 50,00€, we charge a delivery fee of 2,99€.

The standard shipping method is standard letter shipping without tracking. If you wish to choose faster parcel shipping with tracking, the price depends on the country. You can check the price at the checkout.

Shipping times

We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Usually all shipments are shipped within 1-3 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will get and confirmation email from us.

The shipping time depends on the selected method. With letter shipping, the shipping time is usually 5-10 working days. Of course with this shipping option there can be delays that are caused by the postal services.
