Of course you have full right to return or exchange your products, within 14 days of the arrival your order. For any return or exchange you would wish to make, please inform us in advance. Read more about “how to make a return / exchange”
While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will make your best to guarantee your satisfaction! Please remember, for a return or exchange to be possible, the product must be unused and in the original packaging.
Please note that shipping fees and express shipping fees are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged in original price. Shipping fee may also be applied.
How to make a return / exchange?
Returning an order is easy. You have the right to return an unused product within 14 days after receiving the order. Please remember that the product will need to be in its original packaging. To get a refund, send the product back and we will process the return as soon as possible.
Returns are not possible in the following cases:
- Product has been customized to order
- Product is not in the same condition as when received.
To make a return, follow these instructions carefully:
- Register your refund via our website here
- Wrap the products carefully and include the packing slip inside the package. This way we know for sure, from whom the return is arriving.
- Write the return address to your parcel:
- Take your return to your nearest postal agent. Please make sure you save the return receipt until the return is processed by us. Please note, that the customer is responsible for any costs related to returning an item.
- What next? Usually it may take up to 2 weeks for a return to arrive. We will email you about the return when it gets handled. If you haven’t heard from us within 3 weeks, please contact our customer service here.
